Pro Line Jersey Introduction
From 2002 to 2012 Reebok was the sole provider of official NFL jerseys. Then in 2012, Nike took over the role of official NFL jersey manufacturer, which was for the most part, received well. Though, some people were upset with the change. They didn’t like the new design that Nike implemented.
Thankfully, there are Pro Line jerseys. These jerseys are not made by either Nike or Reebok but are a product of the NFL.
The Pro Line Jerseys
The Pro Line jerseys are made specifically for the NFL Shop as an alternative to the Nike jerseys. The great thing about these jerseys is the wide variety they come in. Often times jerseys are made only with the big player’s names, leaving the second-stringers and those who play less “glamorous” positions out of luck, leaving their fans even more out of luck. The Pro Line jersey line offers lots of jerseys for smaller, less known players and rookies. But that’s not to say they don’t have big players too. That’s what’s so great. Pro Line offers jerseys with all the big and small names.
Another great thing is even though they aren’t official Nike products, they are still made from high-quality materials. They are made from 100% polyester and are extremely breathable. The players’ names and numbers are printed directly on the jersey, maximizing its life and reducing the normal wear and tear.
Like the Nike and Reebok jerseys, the Pro Line jerseys have the NFL patch sewn on the bottom of the front of the collar. They are also all designed and engineered to replicate the game day Pro-Cut NFL jersey. Since these are not Nike or Reebok, they don’t have the Nike or Reebok logo on the sleeve. So if you have any stubborn anti-Nike people in your life, this is a great alternate gift for them. My dad refuses to wear anything Nike, who knows why so I was ecstatic when I found these jerseys.
My dad refuses to wear anything Nike, who knows why so I was ecstatic when I found these jerseys. I got him a Tom Brady jersey for Father’s Day one year, and he loved it. It got a little embarrassing how much he wore it, but family is family and I loved to see the smile on his face. On top of everything else, Pro Line even offers some throwback jerseys. While they’re a little harder to find, they are definitely worth the money if you find them.
Wrap-Up
In conclusion, these are great, high-quality jerseys that everyone should look into. They offer unbeatable comfort and durability. And unlike Nike jerseys, you can find almost any player you can think of.
I thought since they weren’t Nike they wouldn’t be as good in quality, but they have it where it counts. If you’re still unsure about whether or not to get a Pro Line jersey, take a gamble and go for it. You won’t be disappointed. These inexpensive jerseys come in all sizes for men, women, and kids and will make a great gift for the football lovers in your family.
